If you subscribe to this service, UNICOLOR SPA shall process the personal data collected to send by e-mail the newsletter containing information on its products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events. The legal basis consists in the need for the pursuit of the above purpose.

The Data Controller will process the data until the termination of the service or until the user’s request to unsubscribe from the service, where previous.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The Data Controller processes personal data to allow the User to make the registration request in the "Register now" section and access the related services, and also to allow the Data Controller to carry out all the administrative, commercial, accounting and tax activities arising from online sales and, more generally, to comply with all the legal requirements: the legal basis of the processing is the need for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes.

Data retention period
In case of an approved request, personal data are kept for 10 fiscal years from the last purchase made. All the projects that contain images received from the customers are deleted after 6 months from the order fulfillment. In the particular case of projects related to wedding photos that can remain "parked" without more interaction with the customer. In this case, the project must be canceled after 12 months from its receipt. In the event of an unapproved request, the data is deleted immediately.

The provision of data for the purposes set out above is necessary and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Data Controller to pursue the aforementioned purposes.
